Using Scene

• You need to be at least 16 to use Scene.
• Use your own accounts and data. Don't try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or scrape it.
• Share links responsibly. Anyone with a link you share can see what's on it.

Events and tickets

Scene finds and recommends events. It doesn't organise or sell them. Dates, prices and availability come from organisers and ticket sellers and can change. Always check the details with them. Any purchase is between you and the seller, under their terms.

Connected services

When you connect Spotify, Google or other services, their own terms still apply to your accounts there. You can disconnect at any time. See our Privacy page for what we read and why.

Beta

Scene is a beta. Features may change, break or go away, and we may limit or end access. It's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, or for losses from relying on event information that turned out to be wrong.

Your content and ours

You keep the rights to anything you add, such as list titles and notes. You let us use it only to run Scene for you. The Scene name, design and avatars are ours. Event images and descriptions belong to their owners.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Sources. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
